Successful organizations build workplaces that work for everyone and that value everyone. Dr. Michelle King joins Kevin to discuss the how of work. These are the informal systems and unwritten rules that impact success and are changing as workplaces become more diverse. She highlights the four informal systems, which include networks, information sharing, development, and advancement. Leaders should role model curious, empathetic behaviors and regularly ask for feedback on what's working.
