Todd Stottlemyre is a two-time World Series baseball champion and the author of The Observer: A Modern Fable on Mastering Your Thoughts & Emotions. He joins Kevin to discuss coaching and the lessons he has learned throughout his career on and off the field. Todd talks about the fundamentals and the importance of following your heart. Todd’s book is a fable allowing him to become vulnerable and connect through storytelling. He had to learn to let go and change his mindset. By sharing his story, he hopes to help others grow and develop.
